
I bring over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychology. I am an Accredited Psychotherapist, having completed training at Post Graduate level.
As an Integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic models and frameworks. This allows me to meet you sensitively where you are, while also offering a supportive structure that gently challenges you to move toward the change you’re seeking. Together, we can work on building confidence to set boundaries, expressing your needs, improving relationships with others, and developing your relationship with yourself.
My approach weaves together:
Psychodynamic Therapy; Understanding long‑standing behaviour patterns and exploring how past relationships shape your sense of self. Making sense of emotions that feel confusing or overwhelming.
Humanistic Therapy; Valuing and validating your lived experience while identifying unmet needs, supporting you to reconnect with your authentic self.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Noticing unhelpful thinking patterns and challenging the beliefs that keep you stuck. Developing more balanced, compassionate ways of thinking.
I offer a confidential space with no judgement. This is your time — a place where you can bring whatever feels heavy, confusing, or difficult to say out loud. I won’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I will listen deeply, reflect with you, and walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change.
I can take clients from self referral, agency referral, corporate/workplace initiatives and some insurers, I work with age 16+.
